Moving In
Call at least one week prior to the day you would like to move-in. If you have not yet connected your utilities, please refer to the phone numbers listed above.
Please notice that you will need to call so that Spectrum can verify the information and ship the router to you.
Pick up your keys on your lease start date.
Moving Out
Pay your last month's rent. Payment must be turned in no later than the 1st day of that month.
Be sure to disconnect your service with the utility companies and return the router to Spectrum. Otherwise, they will continue to bill you. Please refer to the phone numbers above.
Turn in All Keys. Please notify us of the day all the tenants occupying the apartment plan on moving out. We will arrange a time for you to turn in keys, and submit move-out forms.
Move-out report. When the apartment is vacated, Tenants and Management will conduct a walk-thru of the apartment and write a move-out report.
Leave us the address of your next immediate residence so that we can mail your refunded deposit to you.
